Project Description:

This is a charming two car garage with bonus storage area. The garage is 24’-0” wide x 28’-0” deep and the storage area is 14’-0” wide x 30’-0” deep. Two garage doors are provided, one 16’-0” wide x 8’-0” high garage door and one 8’-0” wide x 8’-0” high garage door. Also a separate man door to the storage space and two windows are provided.

You will receive the drawings on one or more 24”x36” sheets. The garage plans include general notes, foundation plan, floor plan, roof plan, elevations and building section/detail(s). These garage plans are ready to submit for permit and include a material list.

You will receive brand new garage plans that are printed off of our printers, not copies or old prints. All plans, designs, drawings and material lists are done right here at TMW Design.
