Shipping & Payment

Payment Options:

· Credit Card & eCheck Payment processing is handled by PayPal. Plans are shipped immediately, see shipping information below.

Note: If you are new to PayPal you are not required to create a PayPal account to complete a purchase - instead you will go through an alternate checkout, and will have the option to sign up afterwards if you would like.

· Personal Check Payment by personal check is available. Prior to mailing us a check please email us for the shipping charges. Then mail us a check including the shipping charges made out to TMW Design. Include your name/address/phone, the plan name and number of sets you would like to purchase. We wait until the check clears prior to shipping, see shipping information below.

Shipping Options:

· USPS Priority Mail All plans are shipped via. USPS Priority Mail, estimated delivery time of 1-3 days. The shipping charges are added to the total package price during checkout. All plans paid for through PayPal are shipped immediately. Plans paid for by personal check or e-checks are shipped after the check clears, usually 2 weeks.

· 2nd Day Please email us if you would like a quote for 2nd Day shipping charges.

· Next Day Please email us if you would like a quote for next Day shipping charges.

Notice:

· All plans paid for through PayPal are shipped immediately. Plans paid for by personal check or e-checks are shipped after the check clears, usually 2 weeks.

· If payment is by personal check email us for the shipping charges prior to sending the check.

· House Plans are not returnable. Please be sure the plans you order will work for your project. Any house plan can be Customized please email us for information. Plans can be used to build one house only unless a multi-use license is purchased. Email us if you need to purchase a multi-use license.
