The owner of TMW Design, Thomas M. Withers, has over 20 years combined design and construction experience with two architecture degrees, Bachelor of Architecture - WSU and Bachelor of Architectural studies - WSU.
TMW Design provides clients residential stock plans, modifications to stock plans, custom plans and remodel designs/drawings for existing homes. · Stock Plans starting at $39.95 · Modifications starting at $100.00 (modifications typically take 1-2 days) · Custom plans contact us for price (typically takes two weeks to produce and the cost is dependent upon the project scope)

History of TMW Design TMW Design was founded by Thomas M. Withers in 2002. Prior to starting the firm Thomas worked for some of the most sought after and prestigious architecture firms in Seattle, WA.
2002-present TMW Design Provides outstanding award winning Design. TMW Design is very attentive to the needs of each and every client.
2001-2002 Demetriou Architects Managed High profile residential projects that were between 6K to 25K SF.
1999-2001 REI Worked in the New Store Development Division at REI Company Headquarters. Responsible for the design of 25K SF stores located in Colorado Springs, CO; Reno, NV; Troy, MI; Fremont, CA.
1998-1999 GGLO Architecture & Interior Design Managed Retail projects such as the exterior renovation to QFC at Bell Square located in Bellevue, WA.; Tir Na Nog Irish Pub in downtown Seattle; exterior remodel to Bartell Drugs.
1995-1998 JPC Architects, Inc. Managed tenant improvement projects for well known companies such as Microsoft, Intel, Primex Aerospace Co., Rosche & Carillon Properties.
