About TMW Design Plans

· Plans are not returnable. Please be sure the plans you order will work for your project.

· Any plan can be Customized please email us for information.

· Plans can be used to build one house only unless a multi-use license is purchased. Email us if you need to purchase a multi-use license.

Drawings for TMW Design Plans Include:

· Cover sheet and general notes (space is left on sheet for purchaser provided site plan to be pasted on drawing by purchaser)

· Foundation Plan (scale: 1/4 = 1-0)

· Floor Plan(s) (scale: 1/4 = 1-0)

· Roof Plan (scale: 1/4 = 1-0)

· Exterior Elevations (scale: 1/4 = 1-0)

· Building Section(s) and wall detail(s) (scale: varies)

*Note: When available interior elevations and schematic electrical plans will be provided. Mechanical and plumbing drawings are not included.

Notice:

It is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or builder of each plan to assure that the house/garage is built to comply with all applicable national, state county or city codes. The purchaser and/ or builder is responsible for verifying and assuring the house design and location complies with all zoning requirements, setback requirements and lot dimensions prior to construction. The purchaser and/or builder is responsible for field verifying all dimensions and conditions and assuring that adequate tolerances are provided. Floor joists and roof trusses are to be pre-manufactured or engineered. It is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or builder of each plan to obtain joist/truss manufacturers drawings/calculations or to hire a structural engineer. It is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or builder to make sure the joist/truss manufacturers drawings/calculation or structural engineers design works with the design intent of the residence.

The purchaser and builder shall have no claims against TMW Design and shall hold TMW Design harmless from any and all claims by any third party. The purchaser and builder agrees that TMW Design is not liable for any injuries, claims, losses, expenses, damages, or claims expenses arising from or related to this agreement.
