Project Description:

This is a charming two car garage with a bonus loft/storage area. The garage is 24-0 wide x 32-0 deep and the spacious loft/storage area is 416 sq. ft. Two garage doors are provided that are 9-0 wide x 8-0 high. Also, the garage has four windows and the loft has two windows to bring in natural light.

You will receive the drawings on one or more 24x36 sheets. The garage plans include general notes, foundation plan, floor plan, roof plan, elevations and building section/detail(s). These garage plans are ready to submit for permit and include a material list.

You will receive brand new garage plans that are printed off of our printers, not copies or old prints. All plans, designs, drawings and material lists are done right here at TMW Design.
